Collaborate – Cloud based telephone system
Wildix Collaborate is web-based cloud telephone system that is one of our flagship products. It combines mobile and flexible telephony with collaboration providing a host of features that are relevant to forward-thinking businesses. The interface is slick and easy to use and offers a whole host of features that are relevant to your business.
Instant messaging
the ability to chat with colleagues instantly sharing information quickly and easily. All chats are archived ensuring it’s used specifically as a business tool.
Video conferencing
we can create video chats with either colleagues or customers at the push of a button. These can be created ad hoc or be scheduled much like Zoom and Teams.
Call recording
calls can be recorded and then easily referred to later. You can choose whose calls to record (or not) as different rules can be set for each user. Recordings can also be paused for when credit or debit card payments needs to be taken.
Call whisper
we can provide a whisper facility allowing you to coach members of your team as well as the ability to ‘barge in’ and takeover the call if necessary.
CRM integration
Wildix can integrate with several CRMs including SalesForce and HubSpot (to name a few) allowing agents to dial directly from the database and screen-pop incoming calls. This saves times and money.
Softphones / Mobile apps
Wildix will allow your team to work remotely by utilising the softphone (on their PC or laptop) or the mobile app on their tablet or mobile device. Calls can be moved between devices seamlessly.
Screenshare
as part of the collaborative offering, agents can also share their screens when presenting via video.
As mentioned, we have developed Wildix to integrate seamlessly with several CRMs. We can also integrate into SystmOne (which is a leading patient partner solution for the medical industry) providing patient information to each agent as a call comes into the surgery. This is helping to reduce patient’s waiting times and improve patient feedback which is what all surgeries strive for.

X-Bees allows you to communicate with your colleagues and clients via chat, voice and video. It also allows you to schedule meetings with just a few clicks.
X-Bees provides mobile push notifications and emails make sure your messages always get through to the customer as well as real-time notifications to your sales agents letting them know when they speak too much (or not enough).
