Then and now


Convergence Communications was formed in June 2004 by three friends: Oliver Shevki, Lee Harrison, and Phillip Clayton-Smith, who still run the business today. Previously, they had been involved in telecoms, telecoms engineering and internet sales and decided to create a business offering a personal and professional service.

Since then – 20 Years forward, Convergence has won multiple awards and prides itself on delivering a complete and integrated communications solution.

From the initial consultation to a complete project management process for the implementation; in line with the customer’s exact requirements. Full user and administration training is also provided with every installation, with ongoing technical support and a 24/7 helpdesk.

The team are hugely experienced, and the feedback received (about the team) is always excellent, from customer service and commercial, right through to the engineers!
